1. How fast you process my order?
All orders are processed the same business day or the next business day. All orders will be shipped the next business day or within 2 business days. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not processed until the following Monday.
After your order has been processed, an email will be sent to you with your order's shipment tracking number.
2. How is your shipping cost calculated?
Our shipping cost is mainly based on Canada Post's rate which you can see at your check out page after you fill out all the detail information.
3.What orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
For North America (Canada, USA and Mexico): order US$35 or more.
For the rest of the world: US$100 or more.
4.What orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
For delivery address outside of North America, it might take 3~5 weeks for ground shipping. (Most of the delay we noticed were due to destination local custom exam.) Please get in touch with us if you by any chance have not received your order after 3 weeks.
5.Any special for local delivery?
For customers live within 20 minutes drive around our boutique (346 Ryding Ave, Toronto ON, M6N 1H5 CANADA), we normally will deliver in person with LAVISHY gift bag and FREE GIFTS value over the shipping charge applied.
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, LAVISHY Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen orders. But we do assist you to investigate your order by getting in touch with the carriers we work with.
LAVISHY has been in the business since 2001 and ship globally since 2002. We always try our best to make our customers happy.
To compensate your shipping cost, we always include at least one FREE GIFT with your order. Most of the time, it will be a necklace. We want to make shopping with LAVISHY fun and affordable!

6.What's your return and exchange policy?
LAVISHY Boutique will replace defective items twice within the one year warranty from the original delivery date. LAVISHY Boutique reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects. Photos of items are needed for this purpose.
For items are not defective, we will be glad to exchange them for your desirable items. Exchange application need to made by email to email@example.com within one week after delivery. Customer is responsible for paying own shipping costs, duty and tax for returning item.
Our return policy lasts 30 days for all products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund, but we would be happy to exchange it for you!
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All items on sale are not qualified for return and refund.
All items returned was from order shipped FREE SHIPPING. A flat rate of US$10 to cover the shipping cost occurred when we shipped your order. If you have questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. It can take 1-10 Business days to show on your statement. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you used a discount code with your purchase you will will not be eligible for a refund if it makes your original purchase invalid with your discount.

We do not refund the difference for a previous purchase during a sale. If you would like the sale price, you will need to send your original product back to us for a refund, and reorder at the sale price.
7.Why my order was charged in US dollar?
LAVISHY BOUTIQUE is powered by Shopify which is a Ottawa based Canadian company that bills us in US dollars. At this moment Shopify only offers one payment currency so we chose US dollar because all our products were bought in US dollar and most of them were sold to consumers outside of Canada. With over 4000 SKU, it's much easier for us accounting wise to choose US dollar as our main currency.
We do offer customer options of payment in currency beside US dollar when customers pay with Paypal. Paypal will covert the total amount of order from US dollar to customer preferred currencies from Canadian dollar to Japanese Yuan.
If customers prefer to pay with their local currencies, please check out with Paypal at the end of your order and pay with your preferred currency.
We are waiting for Shopify to offer multi currency check out then we would start offering Canadian dollar as well as other major currencies for check out payment currencies as soon as the options are available to us.
